Ihsan People was founded by a team that had spent careers building and running organisations across health, technology and financial services — not advising on them from the outside. That distinction shapes every engagement we take. We do not recommend transformations we have not delivered ourselves; we do not place people we would not employ ourselves.
From an early focus on UK primary care, health-tech, fintech, biotech and EdTech, we expanded into the GCC — supporting health ministries, hospital groups and digital health providers across Saudi Arabia and the UAE — and into South Asia, where our delivery hubs in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi now power the augmented teams and BPO functions that sit behind UK and GCC clients in regulated sectors.
